David Guetta was recently featured in yet another epic collaboration for the song Say My Name, featuring Meant to be crooner Bebe Rexha and Mi Gente brainchild J Balvin. This is not the first time that Balvin and Guetta worked on a project together. Just a while ago, the duo released Para Que te Quedes, a song that dominated the airwaves at around September this year.
Actually, Para Que te Quedes official video just dropped about a week ago. Say My Name is still very fresh and up to now the song has garnered over 75 million views on YouTube alone. This new banger was remixed by Corey James this week and the remix is trending heavily on the internet. The production credits for the original banger go to David, pianist Giorgio Tuinfort and instrumentalist Boaz van de Beatz.
Other key contributors in the original song’s video and audio production are bassist Quincell Adolphin, keyboardist Matthew Holmes, Mitch Allan, and Philip Leigh. Bebe Rexha was featured in this hit courtesy of her recording label Warner Music Group Company, which is also Guetta’s and Jason Derulo’s label. Jose Balvin, on the other hand, is signed under Universal Music Latino which made the collaboration possible. The partnering studios for the collaboration were Poundcake Studios Rotterdam and TRIBE Studios Naples (vocals).
Corey James remixed this song hours ago and garnered over 50k views on YouTube in under 24 hours. The English DJ had made an announcement about his upcoming remix on Facebook at the start of the week and true to his word he delivered it Yesterday (Friday). To be honest, Say My name remix is somewhat more dope than the original track, plus it has some pretty punchy bass. If you love danceable Latino-flavored tracks, then here’s is Corey’s remix. You can also follow more of his remixes on YouTube. Goodluck.
